The Humberview Group is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to add to one of our teams in Mississauga.
Our Service Advisors are one of the first points of contact with customers who bring their vehicles in for service.
As a Service Advisor , you will serve as one of the primary points of contact for customers visiting our Service Department. You will play a critical role in ensuring every customer receives knowledgeable guidance, transparent communication, and a seamless service experience from check-in to vehicle pickup.
This role requires someone who can confidently recommend necessary repairs and maintenance, manage workflow efficiently, and identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction while supporting department performance.
