Server Assistant

The AM Server Assistant maintains all dining room environment and equipment, assists servers, anticipates guests’ needs and addresses them accordingly.

This position has an hourly rate of $17.00 + Tips.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Check assigned station before, during and after shift for proper set up and cleanliness

• Responsible for the completion of designated side work checklists (both opening and closing)

• Responsible for keeping the dining room floors free of debris and spilled liquids

• Bus tables and re-set tables for the next guest. Pick-up clean linen for service and drop off soiled linen for washing to determined area

• Always provide excellent service to all our guests

• Assist guests courteously and efficiently
