Job Description Summary
- Oversee the FE Defense Line 4 outgoing defense line and ensure accountability for Late Event Metrics.
- Set direction for all DL4/QA-related SWAT activities, establishing a vision and overall strategy for the team.
- Engage in post‑mortem analyses of excursion events to uncover systemic root causes and detection gaps, and apply a shift‑left mindset to develop innovative defense line solutions, particularly in DL4.
- Identify and assign systemic gaps from post‑mortem analyses to various SWAT teams under DL4 to derive solutions.
- Proactively collaborate with site Quality Teams to align objectives and uphold the highest quality standards, championing strong cross‑functional partnerships as a visible leader and voice of quality.
