Senior Windows Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Windows Engineer to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. It is a hybrid role that requires working in the office at least three days a week.

Responsibilities

• Lead Critical Incident Responses: Take a lead role on Major Incident conference calls, directing and influencing rapid resolution across global, cross‑functional engineering teams.
• Drive Strategic Cloud Migrations: Serve as an authoritative voice and technical anchor for Windows workloads during large‑scale, highly complex cloud migration initiatives.
• Architect and Build Complex Systems: Independently design, engineer and deploy highly resilient, multi‑system Windows environments, mapping complex system dependencies and ensuring infrastructure meets stringent scalability and security baselines.
