Opportunity Description
Become a Senior Voice Specialist for Five9, available in Montréal, Burlington, Trois‑Rivières, or remote. This role supports critical backlog clearance and features platform enhancement initiatives.
This contractual position spans six months and is aimed at candidates with 5 to 8+ years in CCaaS or Telecom engineering. Your ability to design, develop, and troubleshoot complex Five9 features, including IVR systems and API integrations, will directly contribute to effective solutions. Strong candidates will have extensive hands-on experience with Five9.
Key Responsibilities:
