Senior UX Researcher

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams: Work closely with product, design, and data teams (web analytics, business intelligence, and marketing research) to identify information gaps, create and manage your research roadmap, and ensure the entire design and development process is user-centered.
• Lead user research: Plan, design, and conduct user research studies to gather deep insights into users’ needs, behaviors, and motivations.
• Analyze and synthesize data: Analyze qualitative and quantitative data collected during research and synthesize findings to deliver strong strategic recommendations that account for technological constraints.
• Produce reports and presentations: Communicate research results clearly and concisely through detailed reports and presentations to influence decision-making and guide design strategies.
