Senior UX Designer - Retail

Concord is seeking a Senior UX Designer to support a large‑scale, consumer‑facing retail platform engagement. This is a strategic and hands‑on leadership role focused on owning the UX roadmap for a major brand within a complex, multi‑brand ecosystem. The role is not an individual‑contributor‑only position; it requires leading UX strategy, managing and prioritizing a UX backlog, supporting and unblocking designers, and partnering closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure UX work is aligned to organizational goals and delivered effectively within Agile teams.
