Senior Tunneling Engineer Location: Mississauga, Greater Toronto Area

Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of tunnelling, slope stability, and underground excavation projects in rock from concept through construction.

Deliver innovative geotechnical solutions that enhance safety, efficiency, and long‑term performance.

Oversee geological investigations, alignment studies, and advanced geo‑structural and numerical analyses.

Guide multidisciplinary collaboration across geotechnical, structural, and environmental teams.

Mentor and develop junior engineers, strengthening technical capability and knowledge sharing.

Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting proposals and business development activities.

Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and safety requirements across all project phases.
