Senior Training & Capacity Development Leader

NTU International A/S is looking for a Senior Training and Capacity Development Expert for an EU-funded project aimed at enhancing Uzbekistan's agri-food system. The ideal candidate will lead training initiatives and capacity-building programmes for public sectors.

Applicants should have at least 10 years of experience in training, preferably in governance or development, and a relevant Master's degree. Proficiency in English (C1) is mandatory, with Russian proficiency considered an asset.
