Your Impact
- Lead day-to-day operations of the geotechnical laboratory, ensuring accurate, efficient, and high‑quality testing and reporting
- Drive continuous improvement and growth of laboratory capabilities and service offerings
- Manage projects from proposal through completion, including budgets, schedules, and client relationships
- Review and validate geotechnical test data and field reports to ensure compliance with industry and client standards
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
