**Skills, knowledge, experience required**:
- OR a secondary educational qualification with 4 years of post-related experience;
- General background in the maintenance of Communications and Information Systems (CIS), including pertinent training and practical experience.
**Duties/role**:
- Installing, operating, and maintaining assigned ICT Platforms (IS) while staying abreast of the latest developments in these areas;
- Supporting the integrity of assigned ICT Platforms (IS), and assisting with IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM), Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery Plans;
- Maintaining liaison with other CSU internal units, Business Areas/Service Centres, and other technical organizations.
