Job Description

What is the opportunity?

You will have the opportunity to work on business critical applications such as Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Reporting, and Tax portfolios across the enterprise by supporting various vendor-based software packages and the backend infrastructure they run on. You will work directly with application teams such as Development, QA, and UAT, as well as enterprise TI groups to roll out software patches, enhance efficiency and effectiveness by adopting enterprise standards, and ensure stability.

What will you do?

• Install, maintain, administer, and update vendor-provided software.
• Provide support for new and existing on‑prem and SaaS applications.
• Work closely with internal IT groups to set up and configure required changes.
