WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?You will have the opportunity to work on business critical applications such as Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) / Reporting / Tax portfolios across the enterprise by supporting various vendor-based software packages and the backend infrastructure they run on. You will work directly with various groups with application teams such as Dev, QA and UAT, as well as enterprise TI groups to roll out software patches, enhance efficiency and effectiveness by adopting enterprise standards all while ensuring stability.WHAT WILL YOU DO? Help Manage all stages of delivery against mission critical applications:• Installing, maintaining, administering and updating vendor provided software
• Providing support for new and existing on-prem and SaaS applications
• Work closely with various internal IT groups for setting up and configuring required changes
