The Opportunity

As a Senior Technical Manager in Archaeology, you will lead complex archaeological programs across Ontario, ensuring compliance with provincial and federal regulations while upholding the highest technical, quality, and safety standards. Your role combines deep technical expertise with people and project leadership, guiding multidisciplinary teams, mentoring archaeologists, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients, regulators, and Indigenous Nations and communities.

Your Impact

• Lead all aspects of archaeological assessment requirements aligned with the Ontario Heritage Act, Funeral, Burial and Cremation Services Act, Ministry of Citizenship and Multiculturalism (MCM) policy and regulations, and other provincial and federal regulations and policies.
