Senior Technical Lead, Employee Onboarding

Overview

As Senior Technical Lead, Employee Onboarding, you will provide technical leadership for the platforms integrations automation capabilities, and architecture that enable the employee onboarding experience across the enterprise. You will partner closely with process designers, product managers, platform teams, and engineering partners to deliver scalable, secure, and resilient solutions that improve employee readiness, productivity, mobility, and offboarding.

What You Will Do

• Define and maintain the target-state technology architecture supporting the employee onboarding journey.
• Lead technical ownership of onboarding-related platforms, workflows, and integrations.
• Design and oversee integrations between EUS/TI platforms, HR, identity, CRE.
