In this role, you will:
Support system reliability and operational stability across infrastructure and applications Assist in identifying opportunities to improve system performance and availability Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, coordinating resolution with engineering teams Follow established best practices for system reliability and operational support Support the operation and maintenance of cloud environments (Azure and/or GCP) Assist in monitoring system health using observability and alerting tools Help coordinate activities related to performance, access management, and recovery processes Contribute to documentation of system configurations and operational procedures Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes Support incident triage, investigation, and documentation of root causes
