Senior Tech Recruiter (Monterrey)

The Role

Senior Recruiter will be aligned to high‑touch client business units or stakeholder groups that require additional attention, such as more rounds of interviews, data‑driven consultation, complex offer negotiation, intricate reward structures or interfacing with senior hiring managers. The role involves investing more time at each stage of the recruitment process than a typical Recruiter.

Key Accountabilities

• Client Stakeholder Relationships
  • Create and maintain trusted partner relationships with senior hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Provide counsel and advice through insight and subject‑matter expertise on the recruitment process.
  • Ensure recruitment timelines are identified and met.
