About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven talent professional to support hiring for Commercial, BU & Global Revenue functions across APAC. This position encompasses responsibilities across end-to-end technology recruitment, talent pipeline development, and employer branding, while also playing a key role in business partnering and employee engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, interviews, offer management and onboarding
• Build high-quality, diverse candidate pipelines using proactive sourcing, social media, and networks
• Partner hiring managers on driving recruiting strategy end to end including best practices in selection and assessment process, team growth strategies in alignment with workforce plans and organisational design
