About the Role

Consid is looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (IT) to join our growing Talent Acquisition team in Gdańsk. In this role, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle for a broad range of technical positions, partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders to attract and hire top talent across Poland.

You will play a key role in building strong candidate pipelines, delivering an outstanding candidate experience, and acting as a trusted recruitment advisor to the business.
