Our Client, a Building Technology and Software Services company, is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Business-Facing Recruiter) for their Gilbert, AZ location. Responsibilities:
+ Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, guiding them through the selection and offer stages of the recruitment process
+ Utilize Power BI to monitor and report on recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
+ Manage candidate communications at the offer stage, ensuring a high-touch and professional experience
+ Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (Workday)
