Who are you:

• You have a natural sales aptitude, with at least 10 years of recruitment experience.
• You have a strong understanding of sales principles, and the ability to identify key traits in successful sales personnel when hiring for sales roles.
• You have a strong understanding of software development principles and frameworks when hiring for software development roles.
• You have excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills.
• You have well honed and proven direct sourcing (headhunting) skills that have led you to hire multiple senior candidates in the past. ...
