This isn’t your standard internal recruitment role. It’s fast-paced, commercially connected, and full of purpose. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor, you’ll partner closely with leaders across Summerset to attract and secure great people for our construction (white‑collar) and corporate Head Office roles. Ideally based in Auckland, we’re also open to Wellington for the right person. You’ll take ownership of recruitment across construction white‑collar roles and corporate functions, while also providing support for operational village recruitment in Australia as our business continues to grow.
