Responsibilities
Incident Resolution and Support
Monitor, identify and resolve issues reported by users in the SAP QM, PP, DMS modules and legacy systems
Ensure incidents are resolved within agreed timelines (SLA)
Log and document all issues and solutions
Problem Analysis and Diagnosis
Perform detailed analysis of system errors and failures
Identify root causes to prevent recurrence
Test and validate solutions before deploying to production
Preventive Maintenance and Support
Conduct periodic reviews to identify potential failures, apply updates/notes, support packages, cloud environment checks, log table reduction, etc.
Monitor processes and systems to ensure high availability and performance
Documentation and Training
Create and maintain up-to-date documentation of implemented processes and solutions
Deliver training to end users and internal teams on SAP functionalities
