The role
As Senior Support Systems Administrator, you are the technical owner of our support stack, ensuring it is more resilient, automated, and trust‑worthy as we scale. You will lead the Zendesk ecosystem and integrated tooling (n8n, Zapier, Intercom), bridging Support, Engineering, and Product, with a primary focus on scalability, system resilience, and data integrity.
