Senior Specification Specialist

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related structural/engineering discipline (mandatory). • Professional certification or registration with an engineering authority (e.g., Saudi Council of Engineers) is highly advantageous.

EXPERIENCE: 


Minimum 7 years of experience in specification management, architectural technical sales, or design/consulting roles in Saudi.
Strong experience in architectural and sports venue projects (stadiums, arenas, indoor sports facilities, large-scale developments).
Proven track record of successful product specification and approvals within GCC projects.
Strong understanding of building materials, architectural systems, structural requirements, and construction codes.
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, technical specifications, and tender documents.
