Opportunity Description
- Identifies business needs and delivers effective, performance-focused learning solutions aligned to both the Early Talent & Onboarding and Technology & AI Enablement strategies.
- Designs, develops, and manages learning programs to build capability, drive performance outcomes, and support strategic priorities.
- Assists in facilitation and delivery of learning programs for leaders and employees.
- Analyzes learning data and program performance to generate insights and recommendations.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in learning design (Articulate, Storyboard, PowerPoint), development, and facilitation.
- Strong program management and execution skills.
