**Major/Essential Functions:**

**Indirect Supervision (15%)**

+ Provide accountability of Residence Life Office student assistants, Residence Life professional staff and student leaders for administrative tasks including office supply orders, budget paperwork, training certificate compliance, etc.  
+ Document and communicate effectively with direct supervisors regarding any concerns 

**Administration (45%)**

+ Prepare, distribute and record minutes for assigned meetings
