Contribute to Clio’s legal AI success as a Senior Specialist in Sales Enablement Systems. Leverage your knowledge of tech tools and training to boost revenue initiatives in the USA.
You will be a key member of Clio’s Revenue Enablement team, responsible for optimizing the tech stack and enhancing user experiences. Your role will involve administration of platforms like Gong and the management of content governance. With a keen eye for detail, you will identify areas for improvement and implement effective training solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer the enablement tech stack including LetterAI
• Maintain and configure AI role-play and certification workflows
• Develop governance frameworks for content management
• Generate reports on certification and system utilization
• Conduct user training to facilitate onboarding processes
Requirements:
• 4+ years in enablement systems administration
• Familiarity with Seismic, Gong, or similar technologies<...
