In this role, you will bring to life On’s brand and product vision by owning the creation and delivery of effective training programs in relation to our sports verticals. Collaborating closely with teammates across the organization, including brand, innovation, product and retail, you will bring together the key knowledge elements and build a comprehensive learning experience.

Your Mission

• Support key stakeholders in performing learning need assessments, determining in detail what we are trying to solve for or achieve
