Senior Software Engineer — Scale a Frontline SaaS Platform

Fountain Mexico is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and deliver user-centered web applications for frontline workforce management. You will collaborate with product and design teams to ship features that improve retention and the worker experience.

You'll work across backend and frontend stacks (Ruby on Rails, React, TypeScript) with PostgreSQL, building scalable services, addressing performance, security and reliability while staying aligned with product goals.
