Senior Software Engineer – Design System

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join us at Telia.

Responsibilities

• You’ll be at the core of scaling a design system that balances brand consistency with flexibility across Telia’s portfolio of consumer brands.
• Develop scalable, reusable UI components and design tokens that serve multiple brands from a single shared codebase.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, frontend engineers, and brand teams to ensure the system stays aligned with real product needs.
• Drive adoption and governance of the design system across multiple product teams and squads.
• Contribute to tooling, documentation, and processes that make the system easy to consume and evolve.
