Senior Social Worker/Case Worker at Mobile Support Team (COMIT)

Purpose

Responsible for the provision of case management services and support for persons in recovery from mental health conditions/possible mental health conditions, and their caregivers.

Overall job objectives

To be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administration and case management for COMIT team. To ensure the smooth flow of processes and SOPs are in place to guide and support staff in the delivery of services to clients and their caregivers as well as to meet programme KPIs set by funders.

• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of mental health illness, intervention modalities and services to manage mental health needs of clients and caregivers.
