Amazon's Cross Channel Marketing (XCM) team is seeking a Senior Social Strategist to serve as our internal social media expert across Amazon, Prime, and other flagship brands. This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy and creative development, translating business objectives into breakthrough social strategies that build brand strength and drive customer engagement.
You will be the dedicated social expert working alongside brand strategists, partnering with creative teams, media planners/strategists, and marketing managers to shape how Amazon shows up in social channels. You live and breathe social media, understanding platform dynamics, cultural trends, and customer behavior across SMAs (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, etc.).
