About the Role
As NRMA’s Senior Social Media Manager, you will lead the creative and strategic direction of our social presence across Motoring, Travel, Rewards, and Community.
This role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on content creation. You’ll champion our member‑first approach, ensuring our social channels reflect the values that have defined NRMA for over a century: help, safety, community, and connection.
This role leads the social team, owns the content calendar, and plays a central part in delivering the Content Strategy and Matrix — driving reach, engagement and member connection across platforms.
