You will provide strategic leadership to a team of frontline maintenance managers and technical specialists, navigating complex stakeholder dynamics and a unionised labour environment. You are accountable for 100% compliance with local legal regulations, Quality, Health Safety & Environment (QHSE) standards across all manufacturing assets and automation systems.
