Senior Site QA/QC Leader for Industrial Projects

Sweco Finland Oy is seeking a QA/QC Manager to oversee quality at construction sites across Finland. You will lead inspectors and supervisors, develop the site QA/QC plan, plan inspections, audits, and NCRs, and report quality metrics to clients and project teams.

The role requires strong experience in ISO-based QMS, on-site delivery control, and fluent Finnish and English. Frequent site travel across Finland is expected.
