As a Senior ServiceNow Discovery & Service Mapping Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow's Discovery and Service Mapping solutions. This role is critical to enhancing our IT service delivery by automating asset tracking, mapping service dependencies, and ensuring accurate CMDB (Configuration Management Database) integrity. Design, configure, and deploy ServiceNow Discovery (MID Server) and Service Mapping solutions to automate the identification of IT assets, applications, and service dependencies.
