Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement Service Now solutions primarily within ITSM and ITOM (Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, Service Mapping, etc.) Lead or contribute to platform upgrades, patching, and migrations, ensuring mínimal disruption to services. Develop and maintain integrations with third‑party systems (e.g., monitoring tools, CMDB data sources) using REST, SOAP, MID Servers, and other protocols. Collaborate closely with Service Now architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective solutions. Maintain strong documentation and participate in code reviews and platform governance practices. Proactively identify platform optimization and automation opportunities within ITSM/ITOM processes.
