Senior Service Engineer

Position Summary

We are seeking a committed and skilled Security Officer to join our 7x24 shift operations team, responsible for evaluating, inspect and review all security control, including equipment log, physical environment as well as operation process. The role focuses on incident handling, change execution and operational support for security components only.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide 24/7 security infrastructure support in a shift-based rotation

· Provide daily system support and security incident handling.

· Perform security evaluation of every change in both physical and configuration.

· Work in line with business requirements with fulfil the security guidelines and provide constant support and troubleshooting service to the users by partner with the vendor / supplier

· Carry out service improvements and advise to system components of Private Cloud network.
