Senior Security Iam Developer (San Isidro)

We are looking for a Senior Security IAM Developer to strengthen enterprise identity and access management by building, integrating, and supporting secure Okta-based authentication and lifecycle workflows.

You will partner with security and IT teams to deliver reliable SSO/MFA experiences and resolve access issues end‑to‑end, helping protect our clients’ environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize enterprise Okta environments across SSO, MFA, Adaptive Authentication and app integrations.
• Build and maintain user lifecycle workflows using SCIM and Active Directory integrations.
• Handle L2/L3 incident triage for access issues and authentication failures within defined SLAs.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and produce clear RCA documentation for incidents and recurring problems.
• Onboard SAML and OIDC applications, configure attribute mappings and validate end‑to‑end access flows.
