Senior SEC Reporting Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for a meticulous and technically strong Senior SEC Reporting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring 7 to 10 years of hands‑on SEC reporting experience with U.S. public companies, including direct involvement in the preparation and filing of Forms 10‑Q, 10‑K, and 8‑K. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate, timely, and fully compliant external reporting, supporting the quarterly and annual close‑to‑file process, and partnering with U.S.-based finance leadership and external auditors.

SEC Reporting & Filings

• Prepare and support the drafting, review, and filing of Forms 10‑Q, 10‑K, 8‑K, and other SEC filings in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations.
• Perform XBRL tagging and review, and manage EDGAR submissions to ensure accurate and timely filings.
