Our energy and resources client is seeking a Senior SAP Human Resources Functional Analyst to design, validate, and enable SAP S/4HANA–based HR processes

This position drives end‑to‑end HR process design across SAP S/4HANA and integrated platforms including Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP Fieldglass. Operating at enterprise scale, the role provides visibility with senior management and direct influence over corporate data management strategies.

Duration: Initial contract to the end of March with a possibility of extension

Working model: Hybrid onsite within downtown Calgary (3 days onsite/ 2 days remote)
