- Lead the diagnosis, design and evolution of sales training programs, focusing on training train‑the‑trainer consultants and directly impacting sales results.
- Translate CAIXA Consórcio campaigns into structured training strategies, enhancing adoption and commercial performance.
- Map competencies and development needs of the sales force, structuring training programs aligned with business demands.
- Develop training strategies targeted at low‑performing groups, based on data analysis and focused on reversing results.
- Manage and evolve the digital training strategy, ensuring content governance, continuous updates and alignment with commercial objectives.
