**Description:**

The Senior Sales Manager is a fully competent individual who has experience in the sales process and function of a hotel. The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for selling groups with guestroom and events. This position requires an expert in building and maintaining long term relationships with their assigned market, identifying, selling and converting opportunities.

This candidate will work with customers to align their preferences with brand needs and actively qualify each business opportunity to maximize revenues and drive customer loyalty. Both prospecting for new accounts and current account development is necessary for this role.
