**Description:**

Responsible for the efficient running of the sales department in alignment with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards, ensuring achievement of revenue targets while maintaining high levels of employee, guest, and owner satisfaction. The role also involves acting as a sales specialist to maximize revenue and drive business growth in line with agreed objectives.

**Qualifications:**

Ideally holds a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Sales Manager or Sales Executive role. Strong problem-solving abilities, administrative competence, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.
