As the Senior Sales Generator (2IC), you’ll play a critical role in the day-to-day success of the store by:

• Driving sales performance through customer engagement and conversion


• Acting as second-in-charge in the Store Manager/Supervisor’s absence

• Coaching and motivating the team to hit daily and monthly targets
