Senior Business Development Representative – Medellín, Colombia. A fast‑growing US‑based company is expanding internationally and launching its first on‑site sales hub in Medellín. The role is a hands‑on, individual contributor position focused on building and scaling outbound sales from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute high‑volume outbound calling to generate qualified sales opportunities.
  • Engage C‑level and VP‑level decision makers across industries such as manufacturing, staffing, healthcare, finance, and logistics.
  • Manage first‑touch outreach through outbound calls and targeted follow‑up emails.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure consistent follow‑up and activity tracking.
  • Collaborate with Growth, Revenue, and Operations teams to support pipeline development.
