Senior Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide technical sales support across the full Gigamon product and solutions portfolio
• Perform a specialized, senior systems engineering role focused on pre-sales activities as an individual contributor
• Deliver in-depth technical presentations and demonstrations to customers, partners, and at industry events
• Design network monitoring and visibility architectures for top enterprise customers
• Lead and manage all customer proof of concepts and product evaluations, from initial design and deployment through successful completion
• Provide mentorship and guidance on technology and competitive trends to clients, partners, and internal teams
• Act as the primary communication conduit between the field and corporate teams on technical issues and product feedback
