Senior RF/SOI Process Integration Engineer

GLOBALFOUNDRIES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Process Integration Engineer to develop, optimize, and qualify semiconductor devices. The ideal candidate must have at least a degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering and four years of relevant experience.
