Opportunity Description
Walmart is seeking a customer support specialist to deliver advanced resolution and consultative guidance to Marketplace sellers. You will manage escalations, coach sellers, and document cases in the CRM while coordinating with the team to drive improvements.
Availability requires 5:00 AM - 10:00 PM Mountain time, seven days a week. Pay rate is $16/hour with performance-based bonuses and comprehensive benefits including medical, vision, dental, 401(k) and paid time off.
